All classes are inclusive and open to anyone, any age, with or without a diagnosis and are integrated.
A suggested $15 donation for classes can be left at the front door donation box.

PERSONAL TRAINING AVAILABLE

Meet our Fitness Director: Lois Whitman

Lois has an extensive back ground in group fitness and certified to teach….well… just about everything from Pilates, Yoga, Kettlebell, TRX, Silver Sneakers, as well as she is a certified personal trainer!Additionally, Lois has a background and is certified in adaptive fitness. She has stepped into this role to coordinate and teach to our community.

The SHARE center is available for community needs! A training room with a kitchen, conference room, tables, two bathrooms, adaptive gym and equipment, outdoor lounge area, and a grill. Donations are suggested for for all events. STRIDE staff will not be available for event days.
