Fitness Classes

All classes are inclusive and open to anyone, any age, with or without a diagnosis and are integrated.

A suggested $15 donation for classes can be left at the front door donation box.

Below is a SAMPLE of monthly classes. Class schedule changes monthly:

MONDAY                                                               

9:00-9:30AM 30 min Barre fight with Lois

9:30-10:00AM 30 min Stretch with Lois

5:30-6:15PM Cardio, Core & Strength with Lois

6:15-7:00PM Barre with Lois

TUESDAY

9:00-10:00AM Weight Training                     

5:30-6:00PM STEP or Interval with Lois

6:00-7:00OM Candlelight Yoga with Lois

WEDNESDAY

9:00-10:00AM Zumba with Aya/Mary

6:00-7:00PM HIIT Interval with Kate/Kirstein

THURSDAY

9:00-10:00AM Weight Training with Lois

FRIDAY

5:30-6:30PM (bi-monthly) Boxing w/ Kate, Kirstein & Lois

PERSONAL TRAINING AVAILABLE 

1 – on – 1 or small group weight training, core/balance, mat yoga, Pilates, aerial yoga, nutrition counseling, etc.

Meet our Fitness Director: Lois Whitman

Lois has an extensive back ground in group fitness and certified to teach….well… just about everything from Pilates, Yoga, Kettlebell, TRX, Silver Sneakers, as well as she is a certified personal trainer!Additionally, Lois has a background and is certified in adaptive fitness. She has stepped into this role to coordinate and teach to our community.

Lois lives in Wynantskill with her husband Brian.

We are so excited to have Lois join the team!

Other SHARE Center Fitness Opportunities

Pickle ball is here; and  Corn hole tournament stations! Contact us for use anytime!

The SHARE center is available for community needs! A training room with a kitchen, conference room, tables, two bathrooms, adaptive gym and equipment, outdoor lounge area, and a grill. Donations are suggested for for all events. STRIDE staff will not be available for event days.

  • Birthday parties/Company meetings/retreats
  • Special events
