Respite Program

STRIDE gives families / caregivers 3 hours responsibility free time, while we provide activities and dinner for youth with special needs! Whether parents decide to do some shopping, go out with friends, or just stay home and relax, we would love to provide that opportunity for you!

Schedule of Events Include

A fun fitness activity, a healthy snack prep activity, dinner, an arts and crafts activity, and a movie – something for everyone once per month!

  • 5:30-5:45 Drop off/Check in
  • 5:45-6:30 Fitness activities in the gym
  • 6:30-7:15 Dinner
  • 7:15-8:00 Craft activity
  • 8:00-8:30 Wind Down Activity
  • 8:30 Pick up/ Check Out

    Space Is Limited!

    10 participants will be accepted for each date

    You will receive a confirmation email each Wednesday before your respite date with the dinner menu, fitness and craft activity. To enroll you MUST complete the following:
