Directions to the STRIDE Office
From Albany: Take I-90 East toward Boston, Take Exit 8, (the Defreestville Route 43 Exit) and merge onto Route 43 East. Take Route 43 East for approximately 5 miles, then turn left onto Route 150 North. Continue on Route 150 North for approximately 1 mile, the STRIDE office is on your right.
From Mass Pike and Taconic Parkway: Take I- 90 West, To Exit B1 toward Albany, Take Exit 8, (the Defreestville Route 43 Exit) and merge onto Route 43 East. Take Route 43 East for approximately 5 miles, then turn left onto Route 150 North. Continue on Route 150 North for approximately 1 mile, the STRIDE office is on your right.
From points north: Take I-87 South, To Exit 7 (Rte 7 East toward Watervliet), Merge onto I-787 South toward Albany. Take Exit 5 Merging onto I-90 East Toward Boston. Take I-90 East to Exit 8. Take Exit 8, (the Defreestville Route 43 Exit) and merge onto Route 43 East. Take Route 43 East for approximately 5 miles, then turn left onto Route 150 North. Continue on Route 150 North for approximately 1 mile, the STRIDE office is on your right.
From points south: Thruway (I-87 N) to Exit 23 (I-787), Take I-787 North to I-90E, follow directions from Albany.
Directions to SCORE camp
From Albany: Take 90-E to exit 11, then stay on 9S through the roundabout to the town of Valatie. Turn left on Main St in Valatie. Turn right on State Route 203S towards Chatham. The SCORE center should be approximately 5 miles down on your left, across from the Hudson River Tractor Company.
