SHARE Center Programs

The renovated two-story Community Center building allows STRIDE to expand our current programs and add inclusive community programs including fitness classes, yoga, Zumba, and wellness programs inclusive community opportunities. The Center features an adaptive fitness multi-purpose gym and state of the art fitness equipment including the Alter-G Anti gravity treadmill for people with compromised mobility.

The SHARE Center has a fully accessible gym with 8 weight training stations/equipment and is also available as a physical space to collaborate with other community organizations serving the region. The SHARE Center features a Warrior Family Lounge and a multimedia Conference Room with 40-person seating capacity for training purposes and as a collaborative space for like-minded agencies.

TUESDAY EVENINGS

5:30-6:15 PM Zumba with Mary
6:15-7:00 PM Restorative Yoga with Lois

WEDNESDAY EVENINGS

5:00 PM – 6:00 PM  Wellness Wednesdays for Teens with Emilia
6:15-7:15 PM HIIT with Kate

THURSDAY MORNINGS

9:00-9:45 AM Weight Circuit with Lois
9:45-10:30 AM Pilates Mat with Lois

A suggested $15 donation for classes can be collected at the front door donation box.
