STRIDE’s Commitment to DEI

At STRIDE Adaptive Sports, we are driven by a fundamental belief in the inherent worth and potential of every individual, irrespective of their identity or circumstances. Our organization was founded on the principle that everyone, regardless of race, gender, or neuro-diverse differences, should have equal opportunities to lead healthy, active, and productive lives.

We are committed to fostering communities that reflect the values of diversity, equity, and inclusion. STRIDE Adaptive Sports seeks to create an environment where individuals of all backgrounds and abilities can participate in recreational activities, sports, and competitions without facing barriers or discrimination.

We recognize that true equality goes beyond providing access; it requires dismantling systemic barriers and addressing historical inequities. By promoting diversity in all its forms, embracing inclusivity, and working towards equity, we aim to build a society where everyone can thrive.

We understand that the power of sport lies not only in physical activity but also in its ability to bring people together, break down stereotypes, and create shared experiences. When the joy of recreation is unimpeded by prejudice, our communities become stronger, more resilient, and enriched in every aspect.

At STRIDE Adaptive Sports, we are dedicated to continuously learning, evolving, and adapting our practices to ensure that our programs and initiatives remain inclusive and welcoming to all. We invite everyone to join us in this journey towards a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive future where every individual can unleash their full potential.
