Dance Program

Learn basic, contemporary, and hip hop dance styles in an integrated setting – teens teaching kids! An innovative dance program developed in 2009 by the dedicated and talented high school students of the Isabelle School of Dance in East Greenbush NY, this STRIDE program is unique, since it is the only program completely run by students. Today he program is offered at Isabelle School of Dance and the Dance Experience in Delmar, NY and participants learn jazz and other dance steps through basic movements to music. 

We hope to reintroduce this program soon!

Updated STRIDE registration form and liability waivers are required for all athletes. ENROLLMENT IS NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE, contact program directorAlli Ryan to enroll.

Cost: A $25 administration fee is collected for those financially able for all multi-day programs.
