For new athletes, Wounded Warriors, and volunteers, click the Interest Form button below and follow directions to complete. This form DOES NOT officially sign you up for our programs. Once you complete an Interest Form and waivers, please continue with the appropriate steps below.
Athletes: Click on the SPORTS tab at the top of the web page to review each sport/program that you would like to participate in. Each individual sport/program page will have a link to the corresponding Sign Up Form. Please complete the appropriate Sign Up Form(s) for the sport(s)/program(s) that you would like to participate in. Questions/concerns? Email aryan@stride.org

Dave & Marisa Clark Memorial Scholarship
For families who have financial difficulties and want their child to participate in programs which have affiliated costs, you may apply for the Dave & Marisa Clark Memorial Scholarship.
College Interns
STRIDE often hires local college interns for credit or community service hours. STRIDE interns learn about non-profit management, therapeutic recreation services, business management, research in the field of adaptive sports or business administration.
