STRIDE Wounded Warrior Snowfest
Each year, STRIDE invites up to 15 disabled veterans (Post 09/11) to participate in this GATEWAY event to adaptive sports.
Along with many Alumni veterans serving as mentors, the group is treated to a long weekend vacation of skiing, riding and adaptive activities with their families at Jiminy Peak Mountain Resort.
Sign up for this years SNOWFEST, December 12-14th, 2025 – HERE!

STRIDE’s philosophy is to introduce veterans to adaptive sports and to ask them to join STRIDE’s Warfighter community to become involved in organizations that serve, such as STRIDE. Healing comes through giving – and we invite the Warfighters to serve in many of our other sport programs throughout the year as mentors or volunteers to youth with similar disabilities.
Since 2022 Wounded Warfighter Snowfest introduced a new format where the Welcome Ceremony was hosted at the STRIDE SHARE Center followed by an informal catered dinner. Fourteen Warfighters and their families spent a fabulous adaptive weekend together!
