Fundraising Events

STRIDE hosts several fundraising events each year to help provide the financial support necessary to run adaptive sports programs throughout the year. Additional funding is provided by third-party events, hosted by other individuals, organizations, or corporations to raise money on behalf of STRIDE which are supported by staff through marketing, promotion, and more! Annual 100K Vertical Challenge: 
On a Monday after February break  / Jiminy Peak Mountain Resort   and
On a Tuesday after February break  / Ski Sundown Resort

Annual STRIDE Wounded Warrior Snowfest Welcome Ceremony Dinner:
First weekend in March / Hilton Garden Inn, Troy, NY

Join us in recognizing our Region’s War Heroes for their service.

Annual Strides 4 STRIDE 5k/2.5k Run, Walk ‘n’ Roll:
3rd Saturday in June / Jennings Landing, Albany, NY

Get your workplace involved by signing up a team! Or bring the your spouse and kids down to Albany’s Riverfront Corning Preserve for this family fun-friendly event to support, promote and raise awareness for STRIDE!

Annual STRIDE Brewfest:

August or September / Nine Pin Ciders – Albany, NY

Afternoon event featuring ciders, food, games and a silent auction.

STRIDE Great Race

March  – Jiminy Peak Mountain Resort – Hancock, MA

A competitive event for disabled ski racers from across the Northeast.
