Please join us on Saturday, June 30th for the 9th Annual Strides 4 STRIDE 5K Run, Walk ‘n’ Roll!
Held at Albany’s Jennings Landing Ampitheatre, the event raises awareness for healthy, active lifestyles regardless of disability, while raising funds to support the more than 18 adaptive sport and recreation programs for individuals with disabilities that are provided each year by STRIDE Adaptive Sports.
This flat, fast course is a USTAF certified and sanctioned 5K, a great opportunity to start the summer off with a personal best time! All runners will receive the official Strides 4 STRIDE dri-fit t shirt. Registration is only $20 for adults and $15 for youth under 18 until June 1st. After June 1st, and at the event, registration will increase to $30 for adults and $25 for youth. The roller division (including para-athletes participating on handcycles or with racing wheelchairs) will start before the runners. All runners are encouraged to stay for the 5K awareness walk following the run.

10:30 AM – 2K Community Awareness Walk

The 2K Awareness walk is a family friendly walk that includes all individuals! Wheelchair participants receive a complimentary registration for their companions to help them along the course.
