Starting now and hitting the finish line on June 20th, we want to help you stride toward an empowering response to the COVID-19 crisis!
Register today for the Virtual Strides 4 STRIDE Run, Walk 'n Roll event. Whether you are a competitive runner or simply looking to work toward a positive health goal, all strides are equal!!!
The purpose of the event is to stay active and motivated while social distancing, and to create a positive health goal to work towards. Choose either a "Competitive 5k" registration where you will run at a local track of your choice and compare your results against others, or select our "Casual Run, Walk 'n Roll" registration where participation is the name of the game!
Track and Share your Progress! Join STRIDE’S fitness group through Strava, a social media and tracking app for active individuals! This is an interactive way to track your miles and progress along with others from STRIDE! https://www.strava.com/clubs/strideadaptivesports
10% of your entry fee will be donated to The Food Pantries of the Capital District. The rest of your entry fee will be used to help STRIDE launch new virtual programs. We have worked hard during the quarantine to find the best way to stretch the value of every penny!
