STRIDE’s race team, a program run by certified ski coaches, is for athletes who want to take their skills to the next level with advanced training and competition in adaptive skiing or snowboarding. Led by STRIDE’s race coaches, students meet on the slopes for weekly practices and travel to Level I DSUSA sanctioned competitions throughout the Northeast. There is a maximum of fifteen racers per program for the eight week season. By registering, you secure a spot for all practices. The cost is $60, which includes racing techniques, course practice, and skill improvement. This is a fee paid to Jiminy Peak, not to STRIDE. Scholarships are available.
