DIRECTIONS TO THE STRIDE OFFICE

FROM ALBANY: Take I-90 East toward Boston, Take Exit 8, (the Defreestville Route 43 Exit) and merge onto Route 43 East. At 2nd light, Turn Left onto Route 4 North. At 2nd Light, Turn Left onto Ludlow Street. Office is on your right around the back of EAMES Plaza.

FROM MASS PIKE & TACONIC PKWY: Take I- 90 West, To Exit B1 toward Albany, Take Exit 8, (the Defreestville Route 43 Exit) and merge onto Route 43 East. At 2nd light, Turn Left onto Route 4 North. At 2nd Light, Turn Left onto Ludlow Street. Office is on your right around the back of EAMES Plaza.

FROM POINTS NORTH: Take I-87 South, To Exit 7 (Rte 7 East toward Watervliet), Merge onto I-787 South toward Albany. Take Exit 5 Merging onto I-90 East Toward Boston. Take I-90 East to Exit 8. Take Exit 8, (the Defreestville Route 43 Exit) and merge onto Route 43 East. At 2nd light, Turn Left onto Route 4 North. At 2nd Light, Turn Left onto Ludlow Street. Office is on your right around the back of EAMES Plaza.

FROM POINTS SOUTH: Thruway (I-87 N) to Exit 23 (I-787), Take I-787 North to I-90E, follow directions from Albany.
